No, you do not need a PayPal account to make purchases.
What information is required to place an order? TOP
We need your full name, address, email address and phone number in order to process you order(s). Your phone number is helpful if we are having a problem with your order and need to contact you. Your email is used to contact you as well as to provide you with tracking information for your order.
Please be sure to double check address information to ensure delivery. Additional fees charged by the carrier due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.
May I cancel my order at any time? TOP
Cancellations will be accepted only prior to order processing. Orders already processed cannot be cancelled. (Note: Orders are usually processed 1-3 business days after being received from shopping cart.)

Do you ship worldwide? TOP
No, at the present time we can ship only to addresses within the 50 U.S. states. Please note that shipments to Alaska & Hawaii may incur additional charges. We will contact customers with additional shipping costs prior to processing and shipping orders to Alaska or Hawaii.
Can you ship to my P.O. Box? TOP
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical location for all shipping addresses.

Will I receive an email order confirmation? TOP
Yes, you will receive an email confirming your order once it is in our online order system.
The email confirmation will list all items purchased as well as any personalizations or instructions to seller that you entered.
Please review this carefully. If you notice errors, please contact us immediately as changes cannot be made once order has been processed. If you purchase your order by using PayPal or our credit card processing system, you will also receive an email with a receipt of your purchase.
Will you send me a tracking number for my order? TOP
Yes, you will receive tracking information when your order ships.
How soon after placing an order is it shipped? TOP
We make every effort to ship orders to our customers within 2-5 business days of receipt of their paid order (excluding Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays). Some items on our website ship directly from the manufacturer to decrease delivery time and so, some shipping times may vary slightly.
Unless otherwise indicated, personalized items will take an additional 5-10 business days to ship.

Do you substitute gift basket ingredients?
We apply best efforts to supply products as represented on the http://www.micahco.com website. Occasionally we will substitute ingredients, packing materials, containers, or decorations when necessary to fill an order for a product. Micah & Co. will not be required to make an adjustment in price or to communicate substitutions. We will attempt to use higher value item or items when it is necessary to substitute.
How do you handle back-ordered items? TOP
We make every attempt to keep our website stock as up-to-date as possible. Occasionally we are unable to anticipate an increased demand for an item. If an item is backordered we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the delay.
What is your Return Policy? TOP
Please review Return Policy carefully. Prior to returning an item for any reason, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions. Returns without a RAN will not be accepted.
Return Policy for damaged or defective products:
Items that are received damaged or defective may be returned for a replacement. Please contact our Customer Service department at customercare (at) micahco (dot) com. To help us process your return, please provide the following information:
- Contact Information
- Order Number
- Name of the damaged or defective item
- Reason for return
Upon receipt of this information, you will receive a pre-paid mailing label for you to return the item(s) to us. Once we receive the item and it has been deemed defective, a replacement will be sent out to you as soon as possible. If it is determined that the item is not damaged or defective, the item will be returned to you.
Return Policy for products you don't like or have decided not to keep:
You may return an item within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact Customer Service at customercare (at) micahco (dot) com To assist us in processing your return, please provide the following information:
- Contact Information
- Order Number
- Name of the item you wish to return
- Reason for return
It is your responsibility to return the item within 15 days for receipt in its original condition with the original packaging, box, and any instructions or papers that were sent with the item.
Once the item has been received, inspected, and deemed to be in original condition we will start the return process. You can expect to receive a refund in approximately 15 days. The refund will be the amount of the item returned excluding shipping and handling.
Items refused on delivery will incur a 10% restocking fee and a refund will be processed once items are received in original condition.
We suggest that returns be sent via USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx with delivery confirmation to ensure the package is received by Micah & Co.
Return Policy for Skin Care Products, Food Items, Clothing, Pacifiers, Personalized Items, Diaper Cakes and Gift Baskets
All personalized clothing, favors or other personalized items are non-returnable. Please be sure to check your order carefully prior to submitting the order to our system. Orders can not be changed once order processing and production has begun. If you receive a personalized item that is damaged or defective we will replace that item at no cost to you. The item will be replaced with the exact same personalization. Any personalization different from the original will be charged as a new item.
Diaper Cakes and Gift Baskets may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price. For these returned items to be accepted the order package must be returned unopened.
Due to the nature of these items, returns of opened packages for diaper cakes and gift baskets cannot be accepted.
Returned non-personalized clothing items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Sale & Clearance Items
Because we are a specialized online boutique please note that sale and clearance items may only be returned for merchandise credit.
No refunds will be given past the 15 day return policy. Items being returned must be returned to us withing 15 days. No Exceptions, please.
Food items, undergarments, skin care products, personalized items, clearance items and seasonal items are FINAL SALES. Sorry, no exceptions.
Exchanges are treated as returns. You may return your item to us within 15 days of receipt with original tags in tact. Please follow return instructions for Return/Exchange Authorization Number.
Do you charge sales tax? TOP
7% Sales Tax applicable for all orders shipped to the state of Mississippi.
